Can RSP plugin to an existing SIM? Importing v 4.2 Files into 5.2

I have a customer running an earlier version of SIM 4.2 and want RSP. Is there a plugin for this?

If not, can I copy the existing configuration files from this release and import them into a new SIM 5.2?
