Can't log in

Had to re install after running the client patch for IE.

Now can't log in, what's the default user name/password?

You had to reinstall what? HPSIM?

If so, there's no default password, you log in using the account details you installed HPSIM under.
If the Agent, then again there's no default password, you can run setup.exe from within the Softpaq, configure the Agent and then reinstall it to overwrite the login details.

All sorted, I had to uninstall SIM and start from scratch. All I can say is use extreme caution when applying the fix for the log in hanging issue.
