Can't login to HP-UX because of root restricted access

Hi everybody. I'm having the next escenario: I'm having a restricted access to root via ssh in an HP-UX 11iv1 server so I can't run commands from my SIM Console, I've created another user in the group 0 (root) but it doesn't let me loggin neither. Does anybody knows if I can loggin with a mortal user and then make a su - ?? all of this from my SIM Console to make a full use of my SIM console??

The SIM Console is running on windows with the last version of SIM.
