Can't setup event notifier on terminal server
Hi all,
I'm trying to set this up on terminal server (win 200332bit) but I get this error:
An attempt to establish a connection with the mail server servername.domain.com failed. Please make sure that the mail server is correct and the mail server is online.
This works on every other server on the domain. I can ping exchange server and connect via telnet so no issue with firewall.
For some reason it just doesn't want to work on Terminal Server
Thanks
Tom

Re: Can't setup event notifier on terminal server
Are you connecting via a Terminal Services session when you're doing this? If so, make sure you address it as the administrative console by calling
mstsc /console
mstsc /console
