Can't show ms cluster in HP SIM 6.2

I can't show the cluster in HP SIM. anyone can help

did you follow the seps in whilte paper below for MSCS cluster:

if you are just discovering cluster then cluster should have SNMP agent enabled and running.

i have enabled the snmp already, i have 2 cluster, one can show in sim, another is either. Duno why this happened

What is the message in task results you discover that CMS?
does it say SNMP is not supported or not responding?

it can show everything, but the strange thing is that sim detect the virtual name in physical machine. Like when/node 1 is master , it detects the cluster name in node 1. Also it detects all ip from node 1. And in all system page, it shows virtual name. So i duno what is the error in setting or anything else

so i believe you have followed "Activating the HP cluster MIB agents" if yes the now.

discover cluster ip and paste result of the task to see what sim is not able to get and what it requires.
