can you monitor IIS services and ms sql in HP SIM

Hi All,
Is there a way to monitor MS services in HP SIM 4.2 ? I know the MIBS numbers for the services I am interested but I don't know how to do it. Do I suppose to add the tool in the SIM and if so how do you add it? Any help is appreciated.
