Cannot clear events in a custom collection

With HPSIM 5.1 I have created some event collections filtering only uncleared events from various system groups with the option "Choose members from the existing event and system collections"

The problem is that I don't have the "Clear", "Assign to" and "Enter Comments"... How should I create this collections to have them??

Looking at the links for that collection I see that they point to something like "/ui/jsp/XeHdr.jsp?PageName=viewContentsCollectionTree&ViewType=CollectionTree..."
while the predefined events collections links begin like "/ui/jsp/XeHdr.jsp?PageName=viewContentsEvents&ViewType=EventViews..."
If I manually go to the url modifying the PageName and ViewType parameters, I get the collection with all the buttons that I need... but it's a little awkward... the link should work automatically... :-(
