Cannot connect remotely to CMS via web browser

Cannot connect remotely to CMS via web browser

I get the login screen when connecting to the SIM 4.1 server. i enter my credentials and submit secure login. I then get a "The page cannot be found" the CMS is on windows 2003. Ican fully access this through the CMS local browser. any ideas why this is happening??

Installing the Security patch fixed the problem
