Cannot delete server from SIM 4.2 Sp1 (MSDE)

Cannot delete server from SIM 4.2 Sp1 (MSDE)

I have a server that displays as an unknown device in critical status. The name and IP are correct. The only problem found was a trust relationship issue that has been corrected. When attempting to delete it asks to verify delete then still dislpays the system. Tried to manually add to override with no success. How can I delete this server?

After attempting to delete that server from the CMS and it won't delete, reboot the CMS server. Best regards.
