Cannot install Support Pack

Whenever I try to install the Support Pack on Proliant DL380 G5 server, I get an error message:

Could not retrieve results for the following requested repositories: <... install source path ...>.

Pressing Start inventory gives me same message, and I can't continue.

What am I doing wrong? Downloaded, started the Support pack exe, now try to install.
