Cannot view details of second HP Server

Dear all,

I have a problem after adding the 2nd server into HP SIM. I can add server successfully, but I cannot view the OS and create the server inventory by using "New report" feature. It shows none information but only server name in second server. It is fine in the first server (with install together with HP SIM database).

Please suggest.
