Change Administrator Password

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to change the administrator, operator, and user password to login into insight manager agents on a server. I several servers that when I try to go to https://servername:2381 and login it is not accepting the password. All these servers are Windows. NT4.0, 2000 and 2003 servers. I bet there is a file location where I can change the password.

Michael,

I had the same problem. From a previous post, copy the cpqhmmd.acl file from a server that you can login to, to c:\compaq\wbem overwrite the existing file. Restart the services or reboot. You should be fine.
