change outoging SNMP trap from SIM server

HP SIM 5.1 on Windows 2003.
I have an automated Event handling that forwards SNMP traps to a destination server. How can I change this outgoing traps to include HP SIM servername or a text where I can put in some information. I'm only sending traps when server becomes unreachable.
