change shutdown time for vcagent installs

hi!

is there a way to shorten the shutdown time on a version control agent install? one minute is much too long! 5-10 seconds are also enough.

Not that I know of, and it's not just for the VCA. It gets fired whenever an install is done that requires a shutdown.
