CIM "Device Home" password reset/set
When looking at events within CIM 7.0 SP3 console, the anonymous login is the default. This allow read only access for the events. The default accounts are Administrator (password same), Operator (passowrd same), and User (password public).
Operator and Administrator access are required to clear events. The passwords are not the default nor previous that we have set.
Where is the password stored and how can it be manually reset (Novell and NT/2000 server) so the events can be cleared?

Re: CIM "Device Home" password reset/set
Access to the IM Console is done initially via the account you installed IM in. You then add user accounts, which will use the domain user/password credentials. As an Administrator you can assign what group a User belongs to.
You've mentioned CIM 7 (this is the HPSIM Forum) but to get to the Accounts Section go to the Settings Tab, Accounts.
The IM Agents on the other hand do have Administrator, Operator and User Accounts, but you you don'r clear events from the Agents.
