Clear/Delete/Assign To/Enter Comment..on Events to a user.
My customer want to give the Helpdesk right to
Clear / Delete / Assign To / Enter Comments on events and nothing more.
I have created 12 user for the helpdesk persons and give them configuration rights = none. Then they logon and go to All Events and mark one event, Clear / Delete / Assign To / Enter Comments are grayd out.
So I create a toolbox and add Action on events and Delete events and link it to the users. Still can't clear/delete an event. So I create a user with configuration rights = limited and link it to my new toolbox. Clear / Delete / Assign To / Enter Comments are still grayd out.
So I put in ALL tools in contents and try.Clear / Delete / Assign To / Enter Comments are still grayd out.
The only thing that has change i how many things that is in the menu:s
Can my problem with Clear / Delete / Assign To / Enter Comments be fixed
( I don't want to give all 12 persons configuration rights = full)
Regards Mikael

Re: Clear/Delete/Assign To/Enter Comment..on Events to a user.
Unfortunately, this cannot be done at this time.
In the meantime, maybe multple hp Systems Insight Manager servers could be setup in which a limited number of people have full rights, respectively.
