cluster errors reported in HP SIM
SIM has been repeatedly reporting these critical errors from every MS cluster(2K & 2K3) on our network from the time it was installed.
"MSCS resource: at Wed, 12-May-2004, 11:09 AM EDT device status on cluster serverclu01 became critical"
"CPU resource: at Wed, 12-May-2004, 11:09 AM EDT device status on node server01 of cluster serverclu01 became critical"
"Disk resource: at Wed, 12-May-2004, 11:09 AM EDT device status on node server02 of cluster serverclu01 became critical"
No additional info about the event is available in SIM. There are no errors being reported in the cluster logs or event viewer on any of the cluster nodes.
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas what might be causing it?

Re: cluster errors reported in HP SIM
HPSIM will show a device critical if it cant contact a system.See for the link between CLuster and CMS.Might be the system are slow or very busy at soem time and were not able to contact each other.try CHECKING RESOURCE USAGES ON hpsim server and Cluster and check network links also.
