Cluster Monitor Status Change

EVERY morning at 3:44 AM I receive this page from SIM 5:

Subject: Cluster Monitor Status Change - Node

CPU Resource: Processor 1 on node of cluster crossed minor threshold.

1)I have upgraded all agents on this Windows 2000 Server.
2)I am not using CPU thresholds on this server.
3)I have set Clustering Information as an Inactive Agent on the agent properties.

ANY insight would be appreciated!
