cmastor can't locate module

I've RedHat ES 3.0, dl380 G3 with the latest drivers and insight agents (7.1).
When cmastor starts (via /etc/init.d/hpasm start) I see in the /var/log/messages the following:
Aug 17 10:27:45 lnx modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-72
Aug 17 10:27:45 lnx modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-73
Aug 17 10:27:45 lnx modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-74

What's the problem here? How can I eliminate this? Why does modprobe try to load this modules?
