Compaq Insight Manager and SmartStart 5.10

I need the installation diskette that come with this CDs. I Have two cds but the diskette NO. How I can create the installation diskette?

I couldn't remember where it was hiding so I just googled "smartstart diskette download" and it took me right to http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/7453.html
