Compaq Proliant 5500 not recognized by SIM

I 've installed PSP 6.31 on old Compaq Proliant 5500 with NT4 with two problems:
1) System Management display a "unknown model" (Survey Utility recognized, instead, correctly the System components)
2) VCA returned this error: The Version Control Agent encountered an error while obtaining the software and firmware inventory

Any ideas ?

It sounds like you don't have SNMP set up properly.
