Configure Agents tool not working in HPSIM 5 SP5 after upgrade
I've upgraded from HPSIM 4.2 to HPSIM 5 SP5. Changed the service account for the HPSIM server as well. When I configure/repair agents I receive the following error:
"HP Systems Insight Manager was unable to copy the HP Repair Tool executable over to the target system. Verify that target system has sufficient disk space"
The user ID I use when running the repair function is a domain admin. Any ideas? Permission maybe?
Thanks.

Re: Configure Agents tool not working in HPSIM 5 SP5 after upgrade
I've seen the same thing, if your HPSIM service account does not have admin rights on the computers you try to configure/repair. Even though it asks for credentials, it seems to use the HPSIM service account instead, so in effect, what you put into the credentials screen doesn't seem to be used for anything.
If you do a search you'll find several threads about this issue, but I haven't seen a solution so far.
