Configure&Repair Agent tool problem
Hi,
We have a system with fresh SIM 5 installation on W3K and many proliant servers with PSP 7.3 and 7.4 on W2K and W3K.
Once i have unsuccessfully try to set disk trasholds directly from CMS. CMS say that task is done but trasholds hasn't been actualy set.
Then, I have try to use Configure&Repair tool for configure SNMP on managed system, but unsuccessfull too. I'm use login with domain admin credentials as recomended but recieve stdout message:
"There was a problem connecting to the HP Systems Insight Manager server. Make sure that:
1. Your username has been added to HP Systems Insight Manager.
2. Your username and password, if specified, are correctly spelled.
3. HP Systems Insight Manager is running.
4. You used ´--´ for any long options and double quotes if your username includes a domain.
Example: --user "mydomain\myusername" --pass mypassword"
I have tried many logins with various credentials with same results.
All other monitoring functions like HW, SW status, disk trasholds alerts (when its sets from SMH from managed servers)and etc work normally.
What can help in this situation?
