Configure and repair agents in SIM5.0 fails

Hi,
When I run Configure and repair agents in SIM5.0 on one or more machine it fails and I get the following Exception report:
The server encountered an internal error() that prevented it from fulfillin this request
org.apache.jasper.JasperException:
Unable to compile class for JSP

Anybody ran into the same problem? Any ideas?

Did you ever get this resoved? I am having the same problem after upgrading to SIM 5.

Reinstalling SIM5.0 from scratch helped in our case.
