Configure or repair agent tasks running 0% complete

Wonder if anyone else has seen this.
Have a HP SIM server v5.3 sp1 and latest hotfix, communicating to servers via wbem agent. When rolling the agent to servers **sometimes** the tasks starts and just sits at 0%, there are no errors reported. I can ping the hostname and ip address from the sim server but am frustrated as it seems the only way to get around this is to restart the sim server service or reboot the server. Anyone else experiencing the same issue??
