Configure the repository and automatic update settings

Error: unable to connect.

Error downloading remote file ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml to local file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\wh18.tmp.

I have reinstalled 4.0 till 4.1 with new repository.

There is no files under c:\windows\temp

I can acces this site with the browser, the loged in user have full access to c:\windows\temp

What to do?

The catalog.xml file on the ftp site has a problem. It has been reported.

I have 2 VCRM servers, but only 1 of them has this problem...
