Configuring HP Insight Manager 4.02 for Console Management Controller (CMC)

I located a document titled "Integrating the CMS with CIM XE and Insight Manager 7" (15UM-1101A-WWEN).

There are apparently enough differences between Insight Manager 7 and HP Insight Manager 4.02 that makes this document obsolete.

Can someone direct me to a current document that will fill in the holes for me?
