Contract and Warranty Data collection not working
Contract and warranty data collection used to work for me but has now stopped, everytime I try to run the task against a server I get the following error:
There was a problem processing the request. Verify the Remote Support Client service is running, properly configured and that the HP SIM server has access to the internet.
All of the above criteria are met and everything looks ok, I have restarted everything, and even gone so far as completely reinstallinging and reconfiguring remote support services, but I am still getting the errors, any ideas???
This is very frustrating as it all used to work fine, and nothing has changed as far as I know.
