CP005545 (Homepage) Failed from VCRM

HP DL 380 G2 running W2K3 - SP1

My Version Control Repository Manager (VCRM) downloaded the latest 7.40 version. I have manually pushed it to a couple of my servers and have received the same error on each.

Message: Smart Component, CP005545.exe failed to install with status 0

Any ideas as to why this particular component failed when all others did not?

There was a spin to address several installation issues and an IP binding problem, the 2.1.3 download can be found here:

I do not know exactly why you are experiencing a problem unless you are running into the installation failure described in the SMH 2.1.3 release notes. However, that is very much a corner case issue - you would have to be selecting IP restriction without specifying an IP address range. However, you may want to try the component and see if it works any better for you than the one in the 7.40 PSP.
