CPU info not showing up in Data Collection Report Link

We have noticed that some of our NetWare servers do not report their cpu information in the Data Collection Report. After troubleshooting this, we have found that if the NetWare server has agent versions 4.9 or lower they report the cpu info. If they have a newer version than 4.9 they do not. This was confirmed by downgrading one of our servers from 5.3 to 4.9. Our Windows servers appear to be working fine with the newer agents. We are using HP Insight Manager 4.1. Can anyone shed light on this?

There should be no difference as they all use the same MIB. This would best be addressed by escalating a case through customer services so the problem can be validated and handed to the developers.
