Create a custom collection/tool for "green status" servers

Hi,

I'm looking to create a custom collection, possibly using a tool that can create a list of servers that show "green status" checkmarks in all columns, i.e. HS (hardware status), MP (Management Processor), SW (Software Status), ES (Event Status) and CW (Contract and Warranty Status)? I've been trying to combine different customized event and systems collections but can't quite get it down... Any help would be most appreciated.
