Create a New Collection based on NULL Value

We are using Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP2. I am trying to create a new collection based on members whose Product Name = NULL. I want to do this to quickly see which servers I need to check SNMP / various other settings to get them properly talking to our insight box. It seems as if NULL is not a known keyword so I was wondering what am I missing?
