Creating custom web pages to monitor Insight 6.4

Hello,

Customer needs to monitor status of 250 ML370G3 servers from a custom portal and wondering how to make calls to the hardware layer.

Hi Claire,

you may use the Context Portal Launch posibility which comes with version 4.1

A context consists of two URL parameters: a list of systems and a tool.

You'll need to specify two URL parameters when launching the portal. For example:
http://hostname:280/mxportal/MxContextLaunch.jsp?systems=ABC,ABC&tool=Ping
