Custom Homepage for new users in SIM 5.3

Using Systems Insight Manager 5.3. Can I create a custom homepage and make those settings the default for all new users that log in? I cannot find anything in the documentation regarding this. All customizations appear to be for the currently logged in user only.

Correct, users get to determine what they see, it is not dictated to them.
