Customizing HPSIM GUI interface

Is there anyway that I can customize the HPSIM GUI interface so that when someone else log in to HPSIM beside me will see the interface as I would without having to individually customize each account - more like a public setup vs. private setup?

No, that is not currently a function of the software. As an administrator you can determine which tools are visible to a user in the toolbar, but you can't create private lists or customize columns or home page or anything.
