Data missing in HP SIM report
I have a couple of new HP DL 380G5 servers with the HP Insight Agents installed however when I run a report on them from HP SIM - in particular, reporting on the general features (RAID controller, PSU's, NIC's, DIMS etc) nothing is returned - however on other servers I have no problems.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Re: Data missing in HP SIM report
Further to the post..... the report will display "no data available" in most areas except system processes it lists and OS version.

Re: Data missing in HP SIM report
Hi
Which OS are they running ?
Any Insight Agents installed ?
Which data are actually present in the report ?
What is the difference between the ones that report everything and the others ?
regards
fred

You might also check your SNMP settings on the new servers.
