Device name "inaccessible"

On my Insight Manager box, under Device List - Device Name several of my server's which were just added are showing up as "inaccessible". There is a black dot next to the server name, and the status show's "inaccessible". Any ideas as to why this might be happening????

Which version of Insight Manager are you referring to? HP Systems Insight Manager does not use black dots...
