Device types vs system type

I just rebuilt my SIM server and now when I go to the All Systems list, the headings are a little different. Instead of the word "systems", everything is referred to as a "device." Also under the device (system) type heading, there are numbers such as 1 and 0 instead of actual system types such as Server, Management Processor, etc. Is this some sort setting that I accidentally turned on?
