Devices viewing

Install 5.1 and discover some devices.
Then add new users with operator template.
So users login to SIM but can't see any devices
From my account all devices visible.
Then try to create user with full control permition, but problem (or feature) not resolved

Users I create with my domain autorisation (if it someting mean)

Check under Options->Security->Users and Authorizations then look at the Authorizations tab. Check the user has access to the correct tools
