Discovery Failed with message 113

When trying to push out an Initial Pro Liant Support Pack using Insight Dynamics 6.1 i am getting the message update not required, Starting Discovery
Discovery Failed with message 113
Discovery Process Finished

Installed Components: None

anyone know of any possible reasons for this? everything looks to be configured correctly
