DL320 and IDE Utility in VCA

DL320 and IDE Utility in VCA

Hi All,
On our new DL320s I see an option in the VCA display for:
HP Proliant CSB-6 ATA-100 IDE RAID Management Utility. The installed version is 2.5.32.7 and the VCA Version is 7.30.16.1125

If you try an update it, VCA reports it is not required.
I've looked around but the only thing I can find seems to be Megatrends MegaRaid IDE Utility, the version on the DLL corresponds to the version reported by the VCA.
I didn't build these Servers so, anyone know if this utility is part of a default build.
Can the Utility be safely removed?

Bump..
Or will the HP cp004192.exe be updated so that it will install on a DL320 G2.
