Don't send Event Description

We have IM send emails when an event occurs. Some of the email addresses are actually text pagers or cell phones. Is there a way to eliminate the event description from being sent when the email is generated? It takes to long to scroll through it and is not needed.

You can use the custom command approach to tailoring messages.
Scripts can pick up a number of variables from the HPSIM Event, I use this approach to format a message for our Automatic Call Logiing system.

Not familer with how to work with scripts. Is there documentation on this somewhere?
