Email when a device changes status

In the old Insight Manager I used to have emails setup so that I would get notification whenever a device status would change to critical, major or minor. I would just say that the device is in that state. Is there a way to do this in SIM?

No, there's no direct replacement.
The Device Status Change is an Event generated by IM 7. If you look at all of the Events in HPSIM there are no similar events generated.
