Error: Failed to create indication subscription

When I run the "Configure or Repair Agents.." on one of my servers, I get this in the stdout:

Server:server.domain.local
Status: Minor
Details:
Failed to create indication subscription
Successfully added the user...


I searched for this error in the forums but didn't have any hits. Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

I also forgot to say I'm running SIM v5.0 for windows on Server 2003. The target is also server 2003 on another machine.
