Error installing OpenSSH on windows 2003

Help please...

I tried to install OpenSSH on a windows 2003 machine and i get the following error.

HP SYSTEM INSIGHT MANAGER OPENSSH SERVICES CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON A SYSTEM WITH CYGWIN INSTALLED. PLEASE REMOVE ANY CYGWIN INTSTALLATIONS OR OPENSSH INSTALLATIONS BEFORE INTALLING THIS PACKAGE.

I do not have any old versions of openssh intalled neither cygwin on my machine.

Any input?
