Error - Unable to save tasks
Every time I try to create a new Automatic Event Handler task to generate an email notification, I get the response "Unable to Save Task". I have tried all users including the system account.

I ran into this situation yesterday. This may mean that the usernames are corrupt. Try creating another admin user from scratch. In the situation yesterday, there were some custom event handlers that the admin wanted to save, so we used the following to deassign/reassign the tasks to someone:
1. Create another admin user.
2. Use the command 'mxtask' to assign any custom event handlers to the new user:
mxtask -o "taskname" taskowner
3. Delete and recreate the user.
4. Reassign the tasks back to the original user.
