Error updating Insight Software software updates
Hello,
I am trying to update the Insight Software on my SIM server running version 5.3.
When I go to tools: Insight Software: Software Updates.. and click "check for updates now"
I get this error message:
"Error processing request. Refer to the product documentation for troubleshooting information."
Does anyone know why this occurs?
