Error when trying to configure Repository

Hi,
First time posting;-)
I was hoping someone could help me fix this error:

"Internet Explorer Script Error"
Line 17 Char: 13 Error: 'undefined' is undefined' Code: 0 Url: https://127.0.0.1:2381/htm.en/proxydata.htm
Do you want to continie running script on this page? YES or NO"

I get this error when trying to set the Proxy Server Name and Port.
I just installed SIM on a W2K server.
I tried reinstalling SIM but same error.

Any help is appreciated!
