ESX host not alerting in SIM

I have an ESX 4 C class blade that has a bad memory module reporting on the SMH but it doesn't report in SIM 5.x. I can send a generic trap and and it is received just fine. It does the Contract and Warranty properly. If this were a Windows box I would check the Active Agents to ensure which ones are set to report but I don't know how to do that an ESX system. Any ideas on how to proceed with be appreciated.
