EVA display not the same on exactly the same type eva's
I have a customer running 5.3 and in the information on the system, it shows a nice detailed output of the eva. He has another mirror image of that eva and sees a shorter version of the details. I have attached a doc with the description to better explain. I am able to see the collections and they look fine.

Re: EVA display not the same on exactly the same type eva's
Hi Alice,
Command View EVA delivers more or less information about its managed devices. If an EVA is not actively managed by that CV almost no information is being displayed.
Simply add all missing information and change the OS Type to "embedded".
When an EVA is being managed by another SMS (SMA) too, this system has also to be added into HP-SIM.
Regards, Werner
